Support respects and protects the privacy of all users of the service.  In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, Support will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  However, Support will treat such information with a high degree of care and prudence.  Unless otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, Support will not disclose or provide such information to any third party without your prior permission.  Support will update this Privacy Policy from time to time.  When you agree to the Support Service Use Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of this Privacy Policy.  This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Support Service Agreement. 

 

1. Scope of application  

(a) The personal registration information you provided as required by Support when you registered your Support account;  

(b) The information on your browser and computer automatically received and recorded by Support when you use support network services or access web pages of Support platform, including but not limited to your IP address, type of browser, language used, date and time of access, software and hardware characteristics, and web page records required by you;  

(c) Users' personal data obtained by Support from business partners through legal means.  

You understand and agree that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the following information:  

(a) The keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by the Support Platform;  

(b) Information and data collected by Support that you post on Support, including but not limited to participating activities, transaction information and evaluation details;  

(c) Violations of laws or rules of Support and measures taken by Support against you. 

 

2. Information use  

(a) Support will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal Information to any unrelated third party, unless you have obtained your prior permission or such third party and Support (including Support affiliates) provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the service is completed,  It will be denied access to all such data, including those it previously had access to.  

(b) Support shall not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information by any means.  If any user of Support Platform is found to be engaged in any of the above activities, Support reserves the right to terminate the service agreement with such user immediately.  

(c) For the purpose of serving users, Support may use your personal information to provide you with information of interest to you, including but not limited to sending product and service information to you or sharing information with Support partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent). 

 

3. Information disclosure  

Support will disclose all or part of your personal information at your own will or in accordance with the provisions of law:  

(a) Disclosed to a third party with your prior consent;  

(b) Share your personal information with third parties in order to provide the products and services you require;  

(c) Disclosure to a third party or administrative or judicial authority in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or as required by administrative or judicial authorities;  

(d) If you violate the relevant laws and regulations of China or the Support service agreement or relevant rules, you need to disclose to a third party;  

(e) If you are a qualified INTELLECTUAL property complainant and have filed a complaint, disclose it to the Respondent at the request of the Respondent so that both parties can handle possible rights disputes;  

(f) In a transaction created on Support platform, if either party performs or partially performs its transaction obligations and requests for information disclosure, Support has the right to decide to provide such user with the contact information of its counterparty and other necessary information to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the settlement of disputes.  

(g) Other disclosures that support deems appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations or policies of the Site. 

 

4. Information storage and exchange  

The information and data collected by Support about you will be stored on the servers of Support and/or its affiliates, and such information and data may be sent to, accessed, stored and displayed outside your country or region or the place where Support collected the information and data. 

 

5. The use of cookies  

(a) In the event that you do not refuse to accept cookies, Support will set or retrieve cookies on your computer so that you can log in to or use the Support Platform services or functions that depend on cookies.  Support can provide you with more thoughtful personalized services by using cookies, including promotion services.  

(b) You have the right to choose to accept or reject cookies.  You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying your browser Settings.  However, if you choose to refuse to accept cookies, you may not be able to log in or use the Support network services or features that depend on cookies.  

(c) This Policy applies to information obtained through cookies set by Support. 

 

6. Information security  

(a) All support accounts have security protection functions. Please keep your user name and password properly.  Support encrypts user passwords and other security measures to ensure that your information is not lost, abused or altered.  Despite the aforementioned security measures, please note that there are no "perfect security measures" on information networks.  

(b) When conducting online transactions using the Support network service, you will inevitably have to contact the counterparty or a potential trading partner  

 

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy  

(a) If we decide to make changes to our Privacy Policy, we will post such changes in this Policy, on our website, and where we deem appropriate, so that you can understand how we collect and use your personal Information, who has access to it, and under what circumstances we may disclose such information.  

(b) The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy from time to time, so please check it regularly.  If there is any material change to this policy, the company will inform you through a notice on its website.  

Party B discloses its personal information, such as contact information or postal address.  Please protect your personal information and only provide it to others when necessary.  If you find that your personal information is leaked, especially the support user name and password, please contact Support immediately so that Support can take corresponding measures.
